ROOPERT customer reviews and opinions

ROOPERT launched in spring 2020 with the first collection of 3 models of computer glasses. At the time of writing, ROOPERT already has 4,627 customers, which has also allowed us to collect their feedback.

Of course, not all of the customers have been willing to share their opinions and impressions as it takes some time, but the ROOPERT team has managed to collect both the feedback sent by the customers and their opinion on the brand's service and the purchase of eyewear in the online store in general.

Sometimes the ROOPERT team sends an email to the customer after the order has been completed to get their feedback on the assortment and the quality of the fitting, as well as to find out whether shopping in the ROOPERT online shop has been a successful and pleasant experience.

As the graph shows, the overall customer sentiment is very positive. It should be noted that buying glasses online might seem difficult or almost impossible, but with the virtual fitting option offered by ROOPERT, it is very easy and convenient.
